Morgan and I are very dedicated and passionate about our showpig operation, as well as the showpig industry, and we look forward to carrying the same passion to the Top Cut brand. We will continue to offer a dependable product on the boars that are currently in the stud, along with the new boars we have put together. Meet the Top Cut Genetics Team
CHAD, Morgan, Brooklyn, Harper & Stella day
Growing up on a showpig operation, Chad showed pigs and cattle through 10 years of 4-H. He graduated from Black Hawk College, where he was on the 2000-2001 judging team. After college, he managed Guyer Cattle Company for 6 years. He then went on to buy and sell numerous showpigs. He started working for Show-Rite Feeds in 2010 as a feed salesman, and worked there until buying Top Cut Genetics, LLC in 2016.
Like Chad, Morgan (Parish) grew up showing pigs in 4-H and throughout the United Sates. Morgan attended Purdue University studying Ag Economics. She currently is the office manager of Top Cut Genetics, LLC, and is involved with Chad Day Showpigs. In 2013, Chad & Morgan Day had the opportunity to move to Tipton to start building their sow herd. In the short 5 years since they have been producing showpigs, they have been fortunate to raise:

They believe in the values that the industry teaches the children. They enjoy spending time in the barn getting ready for the next show. Brooklyn loves helping in the boar stud, while Harper would rather play with the cats on the farm! Stella is an active toddler that is always on the go! Family is very important to them, and they are appreciative their girls can be raised in the industry.
TIM ISLER
Tim and his wife Shelley live in Eaton, Indiana with their two boys, Brandon and Isaac. He grew up on a cattle and hog farm in Central Ohio and has been involved in many different aspects of both the show pig and commercial swine industry. He has worked for Top Cut Genetics for 9 years and has over 20 years of experience in the boar stud business. Tim will continue running the lab, processing semen and working in sales.
Tim is very excited about the future of Top Cut Genetics. He looks forward to providing our current and new customers with excellent customer service and providing them a high quality product that gets sows bred and produces champions. |
Kyle Webster
We are excited to announce that Kyle Webster will be joining the Top Cut Team! Kyle is an incredible addition to our team, and we are thankful to have him be a part of Top Cut Genetics and Chad Day Showpigs!
Kyle was born and raised in Chrisman, IL just down the road from Hi-Point Genetics. With his father, Tom, being the herdsman, it's where Kyle's passion for the show pig industry was instilled and has grown ever since.
After high school, Kyle attended Lake Land College in the Ag Transfer Program, and was on a very competitive judging team there as well. The highlight of his judging career came when he was part of the High Team Overall, and was also named High Individual Overall at the 2021 National Barrow Show. Kyle just recently graduated from WIU with Magna Cum Laude honors.
During school, when he wasn't sitting in class, chasing stock, or riding in the judging van, Kyle could be found working at Norman Farms in Sidell, IL, selling show pigs and exhibiting elite boars around the country.
Alongside his new position at Top Cut Genetics, Kyle is employed by SC Online Sales as a Swine Rep.
When it comes to the next generation of show pig producers, there may not be many out there that come equipped with the knowledge, experience, and passion that Kyle possesses. Kyle says, "I couldn't be more excited to join the Top Cut crew with Chad and Morgan. They have created a reputation of proven consistency, and as a young gun right out of college, it's a chance of a lifetime to be on a team of awesome people that seek greatness."

WILLIE KIRKPATRICK
Willie currently lives in Lone Grove, Ok with his wife Jackie and 2 daughters Hunter, Ashlee, and granddaughter Alliee. His passion for the industry came from his grandfather and father who have devoted over 65 years to teaching Agriculture Education. Willie received an associates in Science at Eastern Oklahoma State College and a Bachelors degree in Agriculture Education from Oklahoma State University and was also a member of the Livestock Judging team where he had a very successful colligate judging career. After college Willie went on to further his education and was employed by the National Swine Registry and is currently a Sales Account Manager for Ralco Show. Willie continues to work closely at Kirkpatrick Farms along side his father and brother where they have a 50 head Show Pig Sow operation. Not only does Willie continue to be a trend setter while judging shows across the Nation but he, his family, and associates have had there hands on many of the winners at the Oklahoma and Texas Majors. We are proud to welcome Willie to the Top Cut family!
